Chris Moore brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate finance, underwriting, lending, loan servicing, asset management, and commercial sales and lease negotiations. Throughout his career, he has worked with several private commercial real estate lenders, helping build, manage, and oversee loan portfolios totaling several hundred million dollars.

Chris joins Asset Managers Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst, working alongside Nick Montague to support financial analysis, underwriting, transaction evaluation, and the broader needs of AMI's clients. His extensive background in both lending and real estate provides a well-rounded perspective when evaluating opportunities and navigating complex transactions.

Originally from Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and an accounting degree from Arizona State University. He currently holds real estate broker licenses in both California and Arizona.

Chris and his wife have lived throughout California and Arizona and currently reside in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix with their daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, running, and spending time on the sidelines watching his daughter play soccer.
