Nicole Astorga is the President of Asset Managers Inc., a San Diego-based investment real estate services firm specializing in financing, sales, leasing, and consulting.

Working in commercial real estate since 2003, Nicole has built her career across multiple sides of the industry. She began as a transaction coordinator before moving into loan underwriting, loan origination, property management, and ultimately sales and brokerage. That progression gave her first-hand experience in complex investment real estate transactions.

Her background allows her to look at each opportunity from more than one angle—considering not only the transaction itself, but also the property performance, financing, timing, and ultimately the client’s broader objectives.

Nicole’s approach is straight-forward and highly personal: understand the full situation, communicate honestly & effectively, stay involved, and align every recommendation with the client’s goals.

For her, the relationship does not end at closing. The goal is to become a trusted real estate resource clients can continue to rely on as their needs and investments evolve.
